Primary Purpose

This position provides end-to-end financial planning, analysis, and reporting support for the Maintenance organization and all ADUSA brands, with direct reporting into Finance. The role is accountable for key budgeting, forecasting, period reporting, and long-term planning activities specifically related to Repairs and Maintenance (R&M) performance, spend visibility, and operational decision-making. The role delivers timely, accurate, and decision-oriented financial and facilities maintenance and repairs insights through data-driven analysis and clear recommendations that enable strategic and operational decision making.

The incumbent is expected to perform strongly across core FP&A disciplines, including period end close review, business partnering, financial modeling, and advanced analytics. Experience with process automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Python/SQL exposure)

Experience partnering with field, facility or technical operations teams to translate business needs into financial impacts.

Experience in Retail, Grocery preferred

ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $75,040 - $112,560

IL/MA/MD/NY Salary Range: $86,320 - $129,480
