Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years relevant experience; additional 4 years in lieu of degree.
• Completed Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) Phase I or equivalent experience.
• Extensive knowledge of the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) necessary for Field Training Exercises (FTX).
• Demonstrable experience in operations management with project oversight and timeline maintenance.
• Experience collaborating within US Armed Services and with international allies on joint operations.

Responsibilities

• Support USINDOPACOM planning and assessment of high-end exercises like KEEN SWORD and NORTHERN EDGE.
• Develop and maintain a detailed plan of action with milestones for exercise execution.
• Coordinate logistics and resource allocation with various organizations for exercise success.
• Establish efficient processes and protocols for exercise planning and performance.
• Lead meetings and reviews with stakeholders and senior leadership regarding exercise planning progress.
• Maintain exercise information databases and respond to inquiries about exercises.
• Produce exercise orders and directives to guide planning efforts.
