The Field Training & End-User Engagement Manager is responsible for advancing PIP's field training and customer engagement strategy through dynamic, hands-on learning experiences and in-market support. This role serves as a visible representative of the company, bringing PIP's value proposition to life by delivering impactful training, product demonstrations, and customer-facing engagement initiatives. Working closely with sales teams, distributor partners, and end users, the position drives product adoption, strengthens customer relationships, and supports business growth.
