The Field Specialist III – Pressure Pumping (PP) & Light Well Intervention (LWI) Supervisor is responsible for leading offshore and onshore well intervention, pressure pumping, stimulation, and coiled tubing operations while ensuring the highest standards of safety, service quality, and operational efficiency. This position provides technical leadership and direct supervision of field personnel during complex intervention and stimulation projects. The successful candidate will serve as the on-site supervisor for pressure pumping and LWI operations, coordinating personnel, equipment, logistics, and customer communications while ensuring compliance with Baker Hughes operational procedures and customer requirements.
As a Field Specialist III – Pressure Pumping (PP) & Light Well Intervention (LWI) Supervisor you will be responsible for:
· Supervising and coordinating all offshore pressure pumping, LWI, coiled tubing, and nitrogen service operations.
· Leading pre-job planning, risk assessments, and safety meetings.
· Ensuring compliance with Baker Hughes HSE standards and customer requirements.
· Providing technical guidance to field operators and technicians.
· Coordinating mobilization and demobilization activities for offshore projects.
· Managing operational execution, job quality, and service delivery performance.
· Verifying equipment readiness, maintenance status, and certification compliance.
· Serving as the primary customer contact during field operations.
· Reviewing daily operational reports and providing management updates.
· Supporting incident investigations and implementation of corrective actions.
· Mentoring and developing junior personnel and field specialists.
· Promoting operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
Fuel Your Passion
To be successful in this role you will:
· Have 10+ years of Oilfield Service experience
· Have 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead role
· Demonstrate experience in offshore operations
· Possess a valid passport and have the ability to travel internationally
· Be able to work a 28/14 rotational schedule
· Be able to obtain and maintain all offshore and international travel certifications
