Full Job Description
The Field Service Manager will lead our field operations team, ensuring top-notch customer support, efficient service operations, and seamless troubleshooting. This person will be coordinating technician schedules, managing inventory, and ensuring high-quality, efficient service delivery to our customers. You will turn service calls into long-term customer relationships, balancing technical expertise with strong leadership to drive operational excellence.

General Responsibilities
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of field service technicians, fostering high performance, adherence to safety protocols, and professional conduct.
• Coordinate and oversee both technical and administrative support operations, including installations, repairs, preventive maintenance, and engineering upgrades at client sites.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of records and management systems related to field service activities.
• Develop and manage personnel schedules to guarantee effective responses to urgent or critical situations.
• Maintain open communication with design management and specialists to address technical problems, escalating issues to the design department when necessary.
• Select, develop, and evaluate staff to maximize team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee parts inventory and equipment management to reduce downtime and ensure technicians have the necessary resources for all assignments.

Additional Qualifications
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
  • Thorough understanding of industry standards, policies, procedures, and best practices relevant to the field.
  • Demonstrated experience recommending and implementing policies, practices, and procedures with significant organizational impact.
  • Training & Experience with National Electrical Code (NFPA 70), Electrical Safety in the Workplace (NFPA 70E) and OSHA 10/30.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems up to 600 VAC and 2,000 VDC, including electro-mechanical technology, control systems, and remote monitoring systems.


This position requires eligibility to obtain authorization under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Non-US Persons, as defined in the ITAR and EAR, may not be eligible to obtain authorization.

Base Salary Range:
$107,040.00 - $147,180.00
