Position Overview

dormakaba is seeking a Field Service Technician based in Seattle, WA. The Field Service Technician is responsible for the installation and service of various doors, equipment, and control devices. This position may also service or perform preventative maintenance on automatic doors and related equipment.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $29.29/hr. - $54.50/hr. (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.

What you will do
  • Perform corrective service and preventative maintenance on a range of automated access doors and equipment in a professional and customer-oriented manner
  • Communicate with sales and service management about customer needs and sales opportunities
  • Maintain accurate project and/or service data through diligent and timely use of all documentation and technical data
  • Primarily will be working on service calls, and will also be asked to help out with installations as needed
