Job Summary

Job Title: Field Service Engineer - Medical Imaging

Location: Minnesota (Full-time, Permanent)Salary: $90,000 to $120,000 plus comprehensive benefits

Role Overview:

As a Field Service Engineer II, you will install, service, troubleshoot, and calibrate diagnostic imaging equipment at customer sites across Minnesota. Working with minimal supervision and support from senior engineers, you will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose technical issues, and ensure equipment operates to manufacturer specifications while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Requirements:
• Minimum three years of experience in medical electronics or diagnostic imaging service
• Associate degree or technical certificate in Electronics or equivalent technical training
• Experience installing and servicing at least one diagnostic imaging modality
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues independently
• Experience performing preventive maintenance, calibrations, and equipment repairs
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to travel to customer sites throughout the assigned territory
