Job Title: Field Service Engineer - Linear Accelerator (LINAC)Location: Iowa (Full-time, Permanent)
Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 + Comprehensive Benefits + Relocation Assistance + Vehicle
Role Overview:
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, preventative maintenance, calibration, and repair of Linear Accelerators (LINAC) at customer sites across Iowa. This is a field-based role requiring regional travel. You will troubleshoot complex system issues, complete detailed service documentation, and ensure equipment performance meets clinical and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
• Strong foundation in electronics or electro-mechanical engineering
• Proven experience servicing and repairing medical Linear Accelerators
• Ability to interpret schematics and utilize diagnostic software tools
• Willingness to travel throughout Iowa as required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skillsIdeal Candidate:
