Job Description

As a Field Service Engineer at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide advanced technical support and expertise to our customers in the industrial automation unit. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and promoting customer satisfaction. Your expertise and commitment to excellence will play a crucial role in the success of our field service operations and the growth of our business.

You will report directly to the Field Service Manager and will work from the client site in Kapuskasing, ON. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our customers' operations by providing exceptional technical support and service.

This position requires availability for overtime and stand-by.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for our customers.
  • Provide advanced technical support and expertise for our AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful installation and implementation of our solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients and field service engineers.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Possibility of overtime and stand-by duties.

Qualifications

You Must Have
  • A minimum of 10 years of proven field service engineering experience, with a focus on complex technical solutions.
  • A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • G class driver's license.

The annual base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $92,000 CAD in Sudbury, Ontario. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
