Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will excel in managing key project elements such as scope, cost, schedule, and staffing, while coordinating with external vendors and overseeing contractual commitments. Your proven ability to thoroughly review technical documents, respond to project inquiries, and closely monitor costs and progress is essential. You should also be skilled in efficiently managing all project resources and costs, including staff, contractors, and budgets, and in collaborating with sales and engineering teams to establish project scope and objectives.

Work Experience
  • 7-10 years' project management experience in building automation or HVAC systems and energy management initiatives.
  • Associate degree.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of construction or HVAC industry.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in US.
  • Ability to travel extensively with a valid Driver's License.
