Job DescriptionClean Harbors in St. Catherine, QC is hiring a Field Operations Supervisor.
Responsible to supervise, schedule, coordinate, and control the service and maintenance operations of the Company, including providing services in a safe, efficient, and professional manner that meet schedule and cost projection for each project so that the Company may produce under the optimum conditions of productivity, cost effectiveness, safety, and ease of operations. The Field Operations Supervisor is also responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising field operations to ensure high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency. This role manages personnel, equipment, and resources across multiple job sites while maintaining compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily field operations across multiple sites or projects
- Supervise, mentor, and support field staff, supervisors, and crew leads
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Coordinate scheduling, manpower, equipment, and materials
- Monitor project progress, productivity, and costs to meet budget and timelines
- Act as the primary point of contact between field teams and senior management
- Conduct site visits, audits, and performance evaluations
- Resolve operational issues, delays, and conflicts in the field
- Support bidding, planning, and execution of new projects
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and logs
Qualifications- 5-7 years of dredging experience
- 2 years of Administration experience
