JOB DESCRIPTIONABOUT THE TEAMThe Anduril Imaging team develops state-of-the-art imaging systems across both hardware and software, deployed to tackle the most significant security challenges of America and its allies. The team is heavily involved in utilizing computer vision, perception, electro-optical, infrared, and sensor data to give our war fighters and allies an advantage.
ABOUT THE JOBWHAT YOU'LL DO:- Develop expert level knowledge on Imaging products to deliver training and education to the imaging business and other Anduril teams in support of DoW and international customers
- Contribute to training curriculums (eg, POIs) across a variety of platforms, ranging from computer-based simulations and knowledge portals to hands-on individual and collective training
- Collaborate with Conventional and SOF component customers and own the cUAS problem for them by identifying knowledge gaps, training opportunities, and building solutions
- Create and update training material for Anduril and partner product capabilities
- Build bridge between Imaging product components and Anduril, serving as the internal voice of the customer to all Anduril teams and capturing product updates and supporting training for end users
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- 5 years experience within a training background. Ideally planning training events and/or delivering training
- Ownership mentality with strong initiative in managing your own work in isolated environments
- Comfort with communicating complex thoughts simply across various methods of communication and tools
- Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. Secret security clearance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelors Degree in a related Field
- Prior Military background as an instructor and/or curriculum development
US Salary Range
$99,000-$130,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
