Full Job Description
National Fuel is currently seeking a Field Operations Supervisor for an outstanding career opportunity in our Field Operations department in Liberty, PA.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Coordination and execution of plant maintenance activities
  • Oversee compressor station operations and field operations contractors
  • Manage maintenance program and spare parts procurement
  • Monitor construction
  • Organize and manage operational and emergency response plans and procedures
  • Implement preventative maintenance and mitigative system measures


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Associate's Degree in Mechanical Technology or Engineering, or related experience in compressor station/stationary equipment operations and maintenance
  • Valid Driver's License with ability to travel locally throughout the day
  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Availability to provide support to off-hour emergency situation
  • Ability to learn and execute corporate maintenance programs
  • Exceptional time management skills, and ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team setting
  • Ability to interface well with others, and communicate with supervisors, customers, and field personnel
  • Demonstrated supervisory capability and the ability to quickly solve problems
  • Strong Computer skills and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) skills


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Technology, Engineering, or related field
  • At least 5 years experience in the natural gas industry


COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $92,000, with an approximate 20% increase in base salary after one year of successful training.

This job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of pay that National Fuel believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job. The specific base pay offered to a successful applicant will be based primarily on relevant professional experience. Other components that may be considered include: individual qualifications, licensures, industry specific experience, education and market demands for specialized skills. The pay range is subject to change at any time based on various internal and external factors. Exempt positions will also be eligible for an Annual Cash Bonus Plan.
