The opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to join the team at an early stage and play a key role in building our presence in the U.S at our Boston office. You'll be working closely with Sales and Marketing to help shape our outbound strategy and open doors to new opportunities.
Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven US Field Marketing Manager to own the strategy, execution, and optimization of our regional marketing programs across the United States.

In this role, you will act as the strategic bridge between our Global Marketing team, European headquarters and the US Sales organization. You will build and execute regional campaigns, high-touch executive events, and account-based marketing (ABM) programs designed to accelerate pipeline, increase brand awareness, and drive meaningful engagement with our target enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Regional Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive US field marketing plan in collaboration with VP Marketing that aligns with regional sales priorities and corporate pipeline goals.

  • Plan, produce, and manage end-to-end regional events, including industry trade shows, executive roundtables, VIP dinners, webinars, digital events, and proprietary roadshows.

  • Manage the US field marketing budget, ensuring high-ROI allocation and detailed cost tracking.

2. Sales Alignment & ABM

  • Partner closely with regional Sales Directors and Enterprise Account Executives (AEs) to identify target account lists (TAL) and develop bespoke marketing playbooks for key accounts.

  • Act as a marketing consultant to the sales team, translating corporate marketing initiatives into actionable, localized outreach campaigns.

  • Provide regular enablement to the sales team on upcoming campaigns, event follow-ups, and available marketing collateral.

3. Campaign & Content Localization

  • Adapt global campaign concepts, landing pages, and content assets to resonate with the specific needs of regional buyers.

  • Coordinate with the product marketing and content teams to ensure regional messaging is localized, relevant, and impactful.

  • Leverage regional customer success stories to build local advocacy programs and peer-to-peer networking opportunities.

4. Analytics & ROI Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report to VP Marketing on the performance of all regional marketing activities, focusing on key metrics: marketing-sourced pipeline, influenced pipeline, cost-per-lead, and conversion velocity.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 4 to 6+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, event marketing, or account-based marketing (experience in high-growth SaaS/tech is highly preferred). Experience working with a European head office will be an asset.

  • Sales Collaboration: Proven track record of working collaboratively with enterprise sales teams and regional sales leadership.

  • Project Management: Outstanding organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes events and campaigns simultaneously.

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a polished presence capable of engaging with C-suite executives.

  • Travel: Willingness to travel 25% to 35% within the US to support regional events and sales meetings and 1 - 2 trips a year to Europe to meet with the wider Marketing team.

  • Tech Stack: Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, or similar) and event management tools.

Benefits & Perks:
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage
  • Attractive compensation
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Unlimited paid time off
  • Home-office stipend to set up your workspace
  • A founding role in our U.S go to market strategy
  • A proven product with strong traction in France
  • Career growth opportunities as we scale
  • Regular offsites in Paris to meet the team and have fun!
