About the Role As a Field Marketing Manager at BioRender, you'll bring our mission directly to the scientific community by designing and executing memorable event experiences. You'll own the execution of BioRender's field marketing programs - from major conferences and trade shows to campus and customer onsites - to drive awareness, engagement, and demand.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to connect BioRender with scientists where they work, learn, and discover.
What You'll Be Doing- Execute and optimize BioRender's onsite and field marketing strategy - driving brand presence, pipeline growth, and community engagement through events and activations.
- Plan and execute end-to-end logistics for customer onsites, conferences, trade shows, and regional events, ensuring every experience reflects BioRender's brand and mission.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to align field marketing activities with go-to-market goals and customer engagement strategies.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to deliver exceptional onsite experiences efficiently and on brand.
- Collect and analyze event performance data to measure ROI and continuously optimize our field marketing approach.
- Collaborate with the broader Marketing team to amplify event content across digital, PR, and community channels.
What You Bring to the Table - 3-5+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or experiential marketing - ideally in a SaaS, tech, or life sciences environment.
- Proven success executing and optimizing field marketing programs that generate measurable pipeline and brand impact.
- Strong organizational and project management skills and ability to manage and execute against fast-paced timelines and across several cross-functional collaborators.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a knack for building strong relationships across teams and vendors.
