Job Overview Summary

The Field Foreman is a working field leader responsible for support in executing daily installation activities on assigned projects. This role bridges the gap between field technicians and project Managers by ensuring efficient job execution, real-time problem solving, and a high-quality customer experience.

The Field Foreman is not responsible for financial management or formal project documentation but plays a critical role in delivering projects successfully in the field.
What you'll be doing (and doing well!):
  • Lead and work alongside Installation technicians on assigned projects.
  • Support in coordinating daily activities for technicians and subcontractors
  • Break down project scope into executable field tasks.
  • Conduct final testing and commissioning of completed installations.
  • Ensure work is progressing according to plan and schedule with oversight.
  • Ensure teams are equipped with required inventory and tools and communicate any material gaps to Project Manager or Project Coordinator.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the customer onsite.
  • Ensure installations meet company standards and system design.
  • Train and mentor lower level technicians.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

  • Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and scope of work.
  • Possesses multiple access control certifications, and/or a master's license.
Physical Activities/Demands:
  • Able to safely work at heights on ladders and aerial lifts
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift and move up to 100 lbs.
  • Must be comfortable standing for long periods of time and complete overhead work for long periods of time.
  • Must have a current, valid driver's license in the state of which you are applying and have the ability to meet our company driving standards.

Pay Transparency Statement

The base pay range for this role is $33.50 - $54.00 hourly, with overtime available. Note that wage may vary based on location, skills, and experience and may vary from the amounts listed above. This position may also be eligible for a variable bonus in addition to base wage as well as health coverage, paid holidays, and other benefits.
