Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is seeking aField Education & Adoption AI Associateto support the education, engagement, and adoption of Artificial Intelligence capabilities across the Wealth Management field 6 our nationwide network of Financial Advisors and field management teams. This role will sit within the Field Education & Adoption Team and will focus on helping Regional AI Specialists, Field Leadership, Financial Advisors, and Support Professionals understand, apply, and adopt AI tools in practical, consistent, and compliant ways.

This is a hands-on, hybrid, field-facing role for someone who is highly organized, AI-curious or AI-fluent, and comfortable building relationships across branch, market, regional, and Home Office audiences. The successful candidate will spend meaningful time engaging directly with managers, Financial Advisors, Support Professionals, Regional AI Specialists, and Home Office partners to understand how work gets done, surface practical use cases, strengthen connectivity between the field and national teams, and support adoption through real-time coaching, feedback, and follow-through. The role will also help connect AI adoption to business development by surfacing practical ways Financial Advisors and field teams can use AI to identify opportunities, deepen client engagement, improve follow-up, and support growth-oriented activities for the firm.


Key Responsibilities

AI Field Enablement & Adoption Support

  • Support Regional AI Specialists in driving awareness, education, and adoption of AI tools across Wealth Management field audiences.
  • Engage directly with managers, Financial Advisors, Support Professionals, and Regional AI Specialists in hybrid settings to reinforce practical AI use cases, answer questions, gather feedback, and support consistent adoption across markets.
  • Help field users understand AI concepts, capabilities, limitations, and responsible-use expectations through practical conversations and real-time support.
  • Support field teams in applying AI tools to day-to-day workflows through live conversations, branch or market engagement, office hours, coaching moments, and targeted follow-up.
  • Partner with Regional AI Specialists and field teams to identify AI-enabled business development opportunities, including use cases that help Financial Advisors prioritize prospects, prepare for client conversations, personalize outreach, strengthen follow-up, and scale growth-focused best practices across the firm.

Innovation Enablement & Emerging Topics Support

  • Support the Field Education & Adoption Team in advancing broader innovative and strategic Wealth Management topics beyond AI, including Digital Assets, E*TRADE, new product capabilities, emerging technology tools, and other priority initiatives as they arise.
  • Partner with Regional AI Specialists and Home Office subject matter experts to bring emerging topics into practical field conversations and relationship-based follow-up.
  • Help Regional AI Specialists engage field audiences with relevant use cases, workflow examples, anticipated questions, and follow-up tailored to Financial Advisors, Support Professionals, and Field Leadership.
  • Assist with pilots, rollouts, office hours, training sessions, and feedback loops for innovative initiatives that require field education, behavior change, or consistent national execution.
  • Strengthen connectivity between field teams and Home Office partners by elevating adoption barriers, success stories, and relationship-driven opportunities through ongoing dialogue.
  • Remain flexible and curious in learning new Wealth Management capabilities quickly, with the ability to discuss evolving topics clearly with field users.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience or strong interest in AI, emerging technology, digital enablement, field education, adoption, or change management.
  • Working knowledge of AI concepts, productivity use cases, workflow support, and responsible AI considerations.
  • Strong verbal communication, relationship-management, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to build trust with field management, Financial Advisors, Support Professionals, Regional AI Specialists, and Home Office partners.
  • Comfort working with ambiguity, learning quickly, adapting to feedback, and operating with strong judgment in a regulated environment.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model, including in-person engagement in Purchase and partial travel as needed.
  • 2 63+ years of relevant experience in Wealth Management, financial services, field education, adoption, enablement, product rollout, change management, or a related field-facing role.
  • Bachelors degree required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Wealth Management, financial services, brokerage, banking, field management, operations, product enablement, or advisor/team support.
  • Familiarity with AI implementation concepts workflow automation, AI agents, or knowledge retrieval.
  • Experience supporting pilots, rollouts, adoption programs, or change-management initiatives.
  • Strong facilitation skills, including experience supporting in-person or virtual workshops, demos, office hours, or training sessions.
  • Experience listening to field feedback, identifying common adoption barriers, and helping connect the right partners to resolve them.
  • Series 7 or other relevant licenses/certifications a plus.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $70,000 and $115,000 per year] at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
