As a Field Appointment Setter, you will play an important part in helping connect homeowners with our sales team. This role is focused on creating strong first impressions, starting conversations with potential customers, and helping generate opportunities that support continued growth across our services. Responsibilities- Set appointments in the field for HVAC sales agents.
Requirements- Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods daily.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation for field-based canvassing work.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role with face-to-face interaction is a plus.
- Experience handling objections in customer conversations and keeping the conversation focused on booking appointments is a plus.
