Opportunity OverviewWe have an immediate opening for an
Fertility RN Coordinator - Team Lead to join our team remote team at
Shady Grove Fertility.- Schedule: Every other Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and holidays that fall on your assigned weekend.
- Compensation: $40 to $50 per hour (commensurate with experience)

In this role, the
Fertility RN Coordinator - Team Lead will:
- Help to plan and organize Clinical Services responsibilities to increase staff efficiency and best utilize the staffs' skills and abilities
- Help to set goals for Clinical Services staff and motivates staff to accomplish the goals
- Coordinate the effective delivery of patient services by monitoring patient flow and program operations.
- Assist with the training and orientation of staff.
- Administer performance appraisal evaluations for clinical staff
- Assist in addressing and resolving day-to-day issues that pertain to clinical operations.
- Assist primary nurses with coverage as needed and monitors workloads
- Handle patient issues/complaints

Qualifications and Skills Include:- Fertility Experience is Required; 2 years minimum
- Valid RN License or willing to obtain upon hire.
- BS in nursing, healthcare administration, education, or business management required.
- Leadership/Supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to work well independently and demonstrate good judgment along with the ability to function as a member of a multi-disciplinary healthcare team
- Knowledge of clinical procedures, program operations, computer software, and equipment.
