Fertility Physician - Entry-Level Opportunity with potential for Partnership Track Starting salary $400,000 + Los Angeles Area, CaliforniaAn established fertility clinic in the Los Angeles area is seeking a motivated physician who is looking to begin or develop their career in reproductive medicine.
This is an exciting entry-level opportunity to join an experienced and supportive clinical team, gain direct exposure to fertility care, and contribute to the delivery of compassionate, patient-centred treatment.
Key responsibilities- Support the assessment and ongoing care of fertility patients
- Conduct consultations, examinations, and treatment follow-ups
- Assist with the management and monitoring of fertility treatment cycles
- Review patient histories, diagnostic results, and treatment plans
- Work closely with physicians, embryologists, nurses, and other members of the clinical team
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold high standards of patient care
- Continue developing clinical knowledge and practical experience in reproductive medicine
Candidate profile- Medical degree from a recognised institution
- Valid medical licence to practise in the United States, with an active California medical licence or eligibility to obtain one
- Legal authorisation to work in the United States
- Strong interest in fertility and reproductive medicine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused approach
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Previous experience in fertility care, reproductive endocrinology, or women's health would be beneficial. However, the clinic is also open to physicians at the beginning of their fertility careers who demonstrate genuine interest and a strong willingness to learn.
