Federal Assurance Operations Analyst owns the design and continuous optimization of operational frameworks supporting the QTS Federal Assurance function, including workflows, reporting infrastructure, and system enablement. This role is accountable for translating business requirements into scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency, data visibility, and compliance readiness.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical and operationally focused, with the ability to translate business needs into structured, efficient systems that enable effective decision-making. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the role exercises independent judgment to identify gaps, prioritize initiatives, and implement process improvements that directly impact execution and decision-making across the function.

What You Will Do: (Job Responsibilities)
  • Design and continuously improve Federal Assurance operational frameworks, including documentation structures, tracking systems, and workflows, to enhance consistency, visibility, and audit readiness across the function.
  • Lead the development and optimization of Microsoft 365-based solutions (SharePoint, Planner, Forms, Power Automate, Power BI), translating business needs into scalable systems that support data visibility, process efficiency, and informed decision-making.
  • Own end-to-end operational planning and reporting infrastructure, ensuring leadership has accurate, real-time visibility into priorities, risks, workload distribution, and execution progress.
  • Analyze operational gaps and proactively implement process improvements, applying judgment to streamline workflows, reduce manual dependencies, and enhance overall team effectiveness.
  • Develop and refine executive-ready materials, including reports, presentations, and communications, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment by structuring stakeholder engagement strategies and ensuring execution against operational priorities.
  • Lead the governance and validation of Federal Assurance requirements, ensuring rigorous initial compliance screening and establishing scalable audit mechanisms to support continuous compliance monitoring, documentation integrity, and alignment with federal regulatory requirements.
  • Recommend and influence business decisions impacting Federal Assurance operations
