FLEXIBLE EMPLOYMENT OPTIONSChoose the structure that works best for you:
- Full-Time Salaried: $90K-$110K+
- Full-Time Hourly: $85-$100/hour
- Part-Time: $85-$100/hour

What Were Looking For- Current BCBA certification or a scheduled BCBA exam
- Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- NC BCBA licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure (we cover the cost!)
- Ability to provide at least 50% of services in person
Newly certified BCBAs are welcome! Clinical mentorship and support are available as you continue developing your skills.
