Full Job Description
Cherry Bekaert's Finance & Accounting Outsourcing practice is continuing to grow and is seeking experienced accounting professionals to join our team. As a Senior Associate, you will work with a variety of middle-market clients, helping deliver accounting, financial reporting, and operational accounting services while expanding your technical and client service skills in a collaborative environment.

As a Finance & Accounting Outsourcing (FAO) Senior Associate, you will:
  • Perform day-to-day accounting activities for multiple client engagements, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and management reporting packages.
  • Maintain accounting records and ensure compliance with established processes and internal controls.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and other client accounting projects as needed.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal team members to resolve accounting issues and improve processes.
  • Leverage accounting systems and technology to support efficient service delivery.
  • Manage multiple client priorities while delivering high-quality client service.


What You Bring to the Role:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of accounting or finance experience.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Experience working with accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools.

The salary range for this position is included below. Pay Range:
Pay from: $108,000 to $136,200
