Full Job Description
Role and Facility Information

TRFO is a well supported maternity clinic that is a collaboration between family doctors, midwives and nurses to provide maternity care to Kamloops and the surrounding region. We manage low to high risk patients with local ObGYN support. We do a mix of clinic and call to support patients from the antenatal through to 6 weeks post-partum. In our beautiful new hospital we have ObGyn, NICU and pediatrics which help with extra physician support. We are a UBC training site and so have a mix of medical students and residents if you enjoy teaching. We have a flexible scheduling system to try and support physicians in their mixed models of practice.

We are looking to hire FT, PT or locums.
A full-time position generally includes three, eight-hour clinic days and three, 24-hour on-call shifts per month. There is flexibility around splitting shifts and monthly scheduling.
The group has negotiated a service contract for prenatal, intrapartum and postpartum care.
