Seaside Clinic in Sechelt, BC is seeking a full-time (flexible) Family Physician to join a growing and innovative primary care team. This newly opened, modern clinic offers comprehensive longitudinal care and is committed to evolving into a community-governed, non-profit Community Health Centre within the next year. Physicians will have the opportunity to shape their practice with a broad patient panel that includes a high proportion of elderly and palliative patients, while also exploring areas such as addiction medicine, mental health, gender-affirming care, and sports medicine. The clinic supports a Patient Medical Home model and team-based care, including group medical visits and a strong focus on the social determinants of health.

Compensation Type Combination Estimated Remuneration Physician Dependent Billing Split 20% overhead on all billings except hospital work. Overhead exemption applies to ER, obstetrics and in-patient care.
