Summary:

Wealthspire seeks a Family Office Accounting Manager committed to delivering outstanding financial management and service to ultra-high-net-worth clients. This role involves coordinating accounting operations, cash flow planning, financial reporting, and complex financial transactions while building positive relationships with clients and internal partners. It is well-suited for a diligent professional who can manage sophisticated financial matters, provide thoughtful analysis, and ensure accuracy across a wide range of accounting activities. The ideal candidate is client-focused, collaborative, and skilled at leading teams while helping clients achieve their financial goals through proactive planning and outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and complete all accounting functions necessary to report on the financial position of select ultra-high net-worth clients.
  • Coordinate and build solid working relationships with internal service team members.
  • Develop and sustain robust connections with the firm's most prominent clientele.
  • Review and manage cashflow planning for high net-worth clients including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Review and provide timely and accurate financial reports and analyses.
  • Coordinate and lead all aspects of asset movement within the department.
  • Conduct regular reconciliations and reviews of banking platform access and activities, bill.com activities, and QuickBooks reconciliations for compliance.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and complete projects as required.
  • Implement and coordinate client household payroll.
  • Supervision, mentorship, and development of junior staff.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of related experience
  • Expert in QuickBooks accounting and Bill.com accounts payable software's
  • Knowledge and expertise in Microsoft Office products.
