On-Site Support:

  • Strong and robust Primary Care Behavioral Health with BHCs on site and warm handoffs within minutes.
  • Support services: lab, x-ray, pharmacy, evening clinic (certain services are site-specific).
  • Clinical Support: fully staffed with MAs, RNs, after-hours triage, and case managers.
  • Providers: Great blend of residents, new grads, mid-career, tenured physicians, and APPs.


COMPENSATION & PERKS:

  • Base Salary: $130,000-$153,500. Salary is based on encounters per day (18-26 tiered level), and experience bonus. An additional incentive for meeting engagement goals is paid out yearly. DNP differential for those who qualify.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • ARNP, MSN with FNP certification.
  • WA License or the ability to obtain a WA license.
  • DEA certificate.
  • Approved for credentialing with health plans, Medicare, and Medicaid.
  • Prefer experienced FNPs but new grads with extensive nursing experience in direct patient care in PC/UC, ER/trauma, critical care, med/surg will be considered.
  • *If you are a new FNP with an active RN multistate license in another state, you must have graduated less than 12 months ago to be considered.
