Overlake Clinics is seeking a Full-Time (1.0 FTE) Family Medicine Physician for our Kirkland, WA location.
Position Highlights:- RN in-basket support for all primary care providers
- Centralized pharmacist refill support
- Provider EPIC trainer
- EPIC EMR with integrated DAX copilot (AI-automated documentation tool)

Compensation & Benefits:- Generous Value-Based Compensation Model: $291k-$415k
- Up to 5 weeks of PTO
- 1 week of CME plus $5,000 in CME funds
- Relocation support available
- 5-7% retirement matching and immediate vesting

Qualifications:- Board certified/eligible in Family Medicine
- Completion of a US residency program
- Washington physician license
- Experience with EPIC or other EMR highly preferred
