Job Description:

Primary Care Physician (Adult Medicine)

Location: Orlando, FL

Schedule: Full-Time (Monday - Friday) 4.5 days patient facing, .5 day admin time

We are seeking a compassionate Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join an exciting new initiative in Orlando, FL.

This is a unique opportunity to join an established Pediatric Practice and help launch our new Adult Primary Care service line. You will be an integral part of the team helping us bridge the gap in healthcare, ensuring a seamless transition for patients aging out of pediatrics while providing high-quality care to the broader adult community.

Qualifications

  • Licensure & Certification: Active Florida Medical License and Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (within 2 years of residency).
  • Experience: 1+ years in outpatient Primary Care required
  • Soft Skills: Must possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a genuine passion for building patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical Excellence: Provide comprehensive primary care to patients ages 18+, including chronic disease management and well-woman exams.
  • Service Line Growth: Collaborate with the team to "bridge the gap," facilitating the smooth transfer of young adults from pediatrics into adult medicine as well as new patients in the community.
  • Operations & Culture: Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and foster a positive, collaborative environment with the existing pediatric team.
