Job Summary:

St. Mary's Regional Medical Center Family Medicine in Maine is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Care Physicians to join our expanding team. We are part of an integrated medical system comprising a 233-bed acute care community hospital, a group of primary care and specialty providers, urgent care and emergency department services, extensive behavioral and mental health facilities, and outpatient specialty practices. Opportunity Highlights:

* Full-time position with a 4-day clinic work week, totaling 32 patient contact hours per week.
* Flexible scheduling and remote capabilities for administrative tasks.
* Reasonable expectation of patient volume, with a one-year ramp-up period. Minimum outpatient only call with after-hours nurse triage.
* Work alongside caring and experienced support staff, making a meaningful impact on the health of the community. Industry standard staffing ratios that meet or exceed ratios driven by MGMA national and regional data.
