Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification.
• 2 years of outpatient primary care experience seeing patients of all ages, or 1 year with options to couple with a primary care fellowship or urgent care experience.
• State licensed in Arizona by the start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse patient panel with varying needs including acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Provide in-office and testing center treatment, along with occasional tele-health visits.
• Engage in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other educational activities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams via daily huddles.
• Utilize specific clinical training for in-office procedures.
