Qualifications• Hard-working TEAM player responsible for all aspects of a client's case, including communicating with clients and other counsel, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, preparing for and attending court hearings, settlement conferences, performing legal research, and preparing for and attending trials
• DVRO & Trial Experience Required
• Knowledge of CA Discovery Required
• A California Bar License in good standing is required
• High levels of self-esteem, empathy, and compassion
• Ability to put clients at ease
• Understanding how clients' problems are more than legal problems to them
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Extremely comfortable with technology (and realizes that smartphones might be smarter than us)
