Full Job Description

We are seeking a Family Law Attorney with at least 3 years of experience who wants to grow their litigation skills while making a meaningful impact on clients' lives. This position is in-person at our Schaumburg location, with hybrid flexibility after the probationary period. On-site gym, benefits, and employer-matched 401 (k).

Responsibilities
• Develop and grow our Family Law practice area
• Manage a full caseload of family law matters from initial consultation through final judgment, including divorce, allocation of parental responsibilities, child support, maintenance, and property division
• Represent clients in the Domestic Relations Court, handling contested hearings, motion practice, mediations, and trials
• Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, financial affidavits, and discovery tailored to family law proceedings
• Conduct depositions, prepare witnesses, and present financial and custody-related evidence effectively
• Provide strategic guidance and compassionate counsel to clients navigating emotionally complex matters
• Negotiate settlements while preparing every case with a litigation-ready mindset
• Handle orders of protection, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and post-decree modifications
• Collaborate with trial-tested partners to refine courtroom advocacy and litigation strategy
• Leverage firm technology and AI tools to enhance research, case preparation, and overall case management efficiency
