Factory Services - Sr Manager - Global Strategy, Process and Capabilities
Description -About the Role:This role leads strategy, process transformation, analytics, and capability development for SCFS. The Senior Manager partners across product management, category, delivery, engineering, factory operations, and finance to drive growth, improve efficiency, and strengthen service delivery. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, operational leadership, and strong digital and business acumen, with the ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and develop a team of high performing, senior individual contributors.
Responsibilities:Strategy & Growth- Lead annual strategy, growth priorities, and the factory services roadmap.
- Partner across SC PSO Ops Technology, Lifecycle Services (LCS), and internal stakeholders to align investments, priorities, and capability expansion for the best customer experience.
- Build business cases and governance for strategic initiatives and transformation investments.
- Drive frictionless execution through process improvement and strong operating discipline.
Process Excellence & Transformation- Lead process excellence and transformation initiatives that improve quality, scalability, and business outcomes.
- Drive automation, process redesign, and system integration to simplify work and reduce manual effort.
- Oversee the implementation, optimization, and adoption of core tools and reporting platforms.
Analytics & Business Performance- Lead analytics and business performance reporting to provide visibility through KPIs, OKRs, and executive reviews.
- Partner with factory operations and Supply Chain engineering to improve delivery performance for configured PCs across worldwide factories.
- Translate business and operational insights into decision support for executives and stakeholders.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management- Build and lead a high-performing team through coaching, talent development, and succession planning.
- Lead change adoption and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and engagement.
- Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships and deliver executive-ready communications.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
- 15+ years of professional experience, including leadership in supply chain, factory services, or other complex matrixed environments.
- 10+ years of experience leading cross-functional programs, process improvement, or transformation initiatives.
- Strong business, operational, and financial acumen, with ability to business and financial insights into data-driven decisions.
- Proven ability to influence across functions, communicate with executives, and lead in complex environments.
- Strategic leadership experience, including planning, conflict resolution, and executive escalation issue management.
- Experience using analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI or advanced Excel.
Preferred Qualifications- PMP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, or similar certifications.
- Experience with SAP, PLM/PDM, BOMs, and factory or materials management processes.
- Experience with Microsoft business tools such as Power Platform, SharePoint workflows, Dynamics 365, emerging AI-enabled productivity solutions.
- Strong financial acumen across P&L, revenue, cost, margin, and budget management.
- Experience leading automation, digital transformation, and change management initiatives.

SalaryThe pay range for this role is
$147,050 to
$230,850 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
