Basic Qualifications
BA/BSdegreeinConstruction Science,Engineering, Architecture,Project Management, Business Administration,orInformation Systems with 4+ years of prior relevant experience orMasterswith 2+ years of prior relevant experience.Additional years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree.
Proven Experience with acquisition processes, including facility services, Architectural and Engineering (A&E), and construction contracting.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in regulated or technical industries (e.g., aerospace, defense, healthcare, IT, or engineering).
Proficiencywith program management tools and platforms such as Microsoft Project, Primavera,ProCore,Archibus, and SAP.
