As we continue to scale our global platform, the Facilities Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient operation of Fulfillment and Manufacturing Centers.
ROLE OVERVIEWThe Facilities Manager is critical to the smooth operation of Fanatics Commerce's Fulfillment and Manufacturing Centers, responsible for ensuring the proper operation and maintenance of the facility, automation equipment, manufacturing equipment, material handling assets, housekeeping, and grounds. Reporting to the VP of Operations, this role serves as a strategic partner to the Operations Team, analyzing trends and solving opportunities to maximize site success. The Facilities Manager delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.

Team & Leadership Impact (Build Championship Teams)
Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Attend and actively participate in daily Production meetings, providing System Performance and Downtime Reporting to Site Leadership and serving as a key member of the Safety Committee.
- Collaborate with internal and external business partners - including vendors and contractors - to coordinate and manage facility support, capital projects, and equipment needs.
- Partner with Operations Leadership as the subject matter expert in facilities, providing recommendations on equipment availability, safety, and site improvements.
People Leadership:
- Lead the Facilities team through daily assignments, performance evaluations, auditing, training, and recommendations for promotions and Performance Improvement Plans.
- Drive performance management through coaching, corrective action, and - when necessary - recommendation to Senior Leadership for separation, while fostering a positive, inclusive working culture.
- Own the full hiring, onboarding, training, and development lifecycle for site Facilities Technicians.
Fan & Customer Impact (Obsessed with Fans)
- Maximize site uptime and operational reliability so fulfillment operations run without interruption, directly supporting on-time delivery and the fan experience.
- Maintain housekeeping and grounds standards that create a safe, professional environment for associates and visitors alike.
- Ensure Work Orders, Repairs, Preventative Maintenance, and Records Retention are completed in accordance with company procedures and standards, sustaining consistent operational quality.
- Support capital projects by collaborating with Operations on site needs, planning, budgeting, and execution to continuously improve the facility's capability to serve fans.
Innovation & Problem Solving (Limitless Entrepreneurial Spirit)
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical systems using technical drawings - including blueprints and electrical/mechanical schematics - and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Motor Control equipment including Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), Soft Starts, Servo Drives, and all Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Mechanical, and Digital equipment.
- Analyze operational trends in partnership with the Operations Team to proactively identify and address facilities-related opportunities before they impact production.
- Manage facilities-related emergencies with professionalism, making rapid, sound decisions on equipment availability and safety in partnership with Operations.
Ownership & Execution (Determined & Relentless Mindset)
- Hold full P&L responsibility for Repairs and Maintenance, Equipment Rentals, and Waste Disposals, driving cost-effective outcomes without compromising operational standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to all department and company standards, operating procedures, and safety requirements across all facilities functions.
- Model and foster a culture of inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the Facilities team and broader site.
- Maintain flexible availability to meet business needs, including non-standard hours required to support a Fulfillment and Manufacturing environment.

CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE YOU BRINGRequired Qualifications:
- 5 years of related experience in Facility Leadership within a Fulfillment, Distribution, or Manufacturing environment.
- Advanced skills and demonstrated ability in Material Handling Automation, Manufacturing Systems, and Electrical, Mechanical, and Pneumatics Systems.
- Hands-on proficiency diagnosing and repairing Motor Control equipment including PLCs, VFDs, Soft Starts, Servo Drives, and I/O devices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings including blueprints and electrical/mechanical schematics using diagnostic tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage through facilities-related emergencies in a professional and decisive manner.
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours as needed to ensure business continuity.
Education:
- High School Diploma required.
