  • Serve as primary contact for coolant and fluid-related topics with hall managers and machine operators.

Full Job Description
Under the direction of the Facility Manager, the Facility Engineer is responsible for the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of the building maintenance systems. This role supports system design and optimization of manufacturing equipment, HVAC, fluid management, CMMS, equipment reliability (OEE), and supplier coordination that is aligned with INNIO standards.

What you'll do:
  • Lead planning and project management activities related to installations, modifications, and construction projects within facilities.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions for facility-related systems and infrastructure.
  • Support the design and optimization of utilities and fluid-based components and systems.
  • Monitor and control the quality and performance of Building Management Systems including operating fluids.
  • Create capacity calculations, layouts, and continuous improvement concepts for facility systems.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies, driving optimization and innovation in all BMS processes.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other engineering disciplines for specialized facility, maintenance, or construction tasks.
  • Contribute to specifications and technical requirements for new machines, equipment, and systems.
  • Maintain and update facility diagrams and coolant network data.
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams
  • Utilize CMMS (maintenance software) for work planning, cost tracking, and data analysis
  • Monitor consumption and lead efforts to reduce energy usage and cost.
  • Drive continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives within facility management systems

What you'll have:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or technical education in process engineering, building management systems, or a related field
  • Knowledge of control and regulation systems preferred
  • Strong technical understanding in chemical, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and cooling fluid processes.
  • Experience with or willingness to learn about BMS technology.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Knowledge and experience of OSHA regulations.
  • Self-motivated, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
