Description

As an Account Facility Engineer, you will be responsible for improving the reliability, performance, and maintenance strategies of mission-critical building systems. Working closely with engineering and operations teams, you will develop preventive maintenance programs, analyze equipment performance, support CMMS initiatives, and implement reliability improvements that maximize equipment uptime and minimize operational risk.

This role is ideal for an experienced facilities or reliability engineer with a strong HVAC or mechanical background who enjoys developing maintenance strategies, supporting capital projects, and driving continuous improvement across critical facility operations.

Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) strongly preferred.
  • Alternative: High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of relevant experience.
  • 10+ years of heavy commercial HVAC and mechanical systems experience.
  • Experience managing small facility or mechanical projects.
  • Experience with Johnson Controls systems preferred.
  • Strong CMMS experience.
  • Experience developing and reviewing:
    • Preventive maintenance (PM) programs
    • Maintenance strategies
    • Job plans
    • Equipment maintenance schedules
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for mechanical and facility systems.
  • Experience evaluating equipment reliability and asset performance.
