Position Summary: JGMS Government Services is looking to hire a Facility Condition Assessment Program Analyst that will be responsible for facility condition and functional compliance assessments for Field Operations Facilities (FOF) and Mission Support Facilities (MSF) across the United States. This position is responsible for facilitating meetings, Travel Planning, Facility Data Preparation and Facility assessor team coordination. The FCA analyst will be responsible for Facility Condition Assessments, Environmental Audits, Spill Plan Analysis and several other assessment types as mandated.
Requirements
Required Qualifications: - At least a bachelor's degree in management, engineering, energy or related field.
- At least three (3) years of experience in general environmental, energy compliance and data entry.
- At least two (2) years of experience in facility condition assessments or facilities engineering.
- Experience providing project coordination support for administrative support and field team requirements.
- Experience with Facilities Infrastructure and Tracking Tool (FITT)
- Experience using Integrated Logistics Support Systems, Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience. IBM Maximo (or system/database with similar capability).
Security Clearance: Candidates must be able to pass an elevated background investigation.

Salary Description
$90,000 - $125,000 depending on experience
