The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an experiencedFacilities Services Leadto serve as CACI's senior infrastructure and expeditionary basing advisor responsible for planning, establishing, modernizing, and sustaining operational facilities that support SOCPAC missions and mission partner activities across the Indo-Pacific operational environment. The positionprovidesstrategic guidance to Government leadership on infrastructure development, facility modernization, and expeditionary basing solutions that enable resilient operations in permissive, contested, and denied environments.
The Facilities Services Lead directs the planning, coordination, and execution of facility services supporting fixed and temporary operational facilities, warehousing and storage infrastructure, safe housing, utilities systems, and supporting real property assets. These capabilities provide the infrastructure foundation necessary to support forwardlogisticsnodes, operational planning activities, mission staging locations, and distributed sustainment operations throughout the Indo-Pacific theater.
The Facilities Services Lead oversees operational site surveys, infrastructure assessments, and facility modernization initiatives to evaluate existing capabilities andidentifyimprovements requiredto support evolving operational requirements. The position integrates innovative construction methods, resilient infrastructure solutions, and emerging technologies that improve survivability, operational effectiveness, and long-term sustainment of mission-critical facilities.
Additionally, the Facilities Services Lead directs operations and maintenance programs supporting mission facilities, ensuring building systems, utilities, and supporting infrastructure remain fully operational and capable of sustaining continuous mission execution. The positionis responsible formaintaining infrastructure readiness while supporting contingency expansion, facility activation, and operational continuity planning.
The Facilities Services Lead directs multidisciplinary project teams supporting infrastructure planning, facility implementation, modernization, and sustainment activities across multiple Task Delivery Orders and regional initiatives. The position works closely with the Program Management Office, SOCPAC leadership, Regional Managers, subcontractor partners, and mission stakeholders whilemaintainingresponsibility for project execution, workforce leadership, customer satisfaction, cost, schedule, and performance of assigned infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:
Facilities & Infrastructure Leadership
Serve as the senior Facilities Services Lead supporting assigned infrastructure initiatives.
Lead planning, integration, and execution of Task 3 Facilities Services supporting SOCPAC operational requirements.
AdviseGovernment leadership on facility development, infrastructure resilience, expeditionary basing, and modernization strategies.
Ensure infrastructure capabilitiesremainaligned with operational priorities, campaign objectives, and evolving mission requirements.
Direct multidisciplinary project teams supporting multiple infrastructure initiatives throughout the Indo-Pacific theater.
Infrastructure Planning & Expeditionary Basing
Lead planning and implementation of fixed and expeditionary operational facilities.
Oversee establishment and sustainment of forward operating locations,logisticssupport sites, warehousing facilities, and mission support infrastructure.
Coordinate infrastructure planning supporting distributed operations, contingency basing, and theater expansion.
Develop infrastructure solutions that support operational flexibility, survivability, and rapid deployment.
Integrate expeditionary basing concepts supporting SOCPAC operationalobjectives.
Site Surveys & Infrastructure Assessments
Direct operational site surveys, engineering assessments, and facility evaluations.
Assess infrastructure readiness, facility conditions, utilities, and operational capacity.
Identifyinfrastructure deficiencies and develop recommendations supporting future operational requirements.
Coordinate feasibility studies, facility planning efforts, and infrastructure analysis supporting Government decision-making.
Support environmental, host nation, and regulatory compliance assessments.
Facility Operations & Sustainment
Oversee operations and maintenance programs supporting mission facilities and supporting infrastructure.
Manage facility lifecycle activities including maintenance, repairs, modernization, and sustainment.
Ensure reliable operation of utilities systems, facility equipment, and supporting building infrastructure.
Coordinate facility inspections, preventive maintenance, and infrastructure reliability initiatives.
Support contingency facility activation, expansion, transition, and closure activities.
Modernization & Capability Integration
Identifyopportunities to improve infrastructure resilience through innovative technologies and construction approaches.
Support integration of smart facility technologies, energy-efficient systems, and resilient infrastructure solutions.
Evaluate modernization initiatives that improve operational effectiveness and long-term sustainment.
Promote adoption of emerging infrastructure capabilities supporting contested and distributed operations.
Recommend facility improvements supporting mission growth and operational readiness.
Operational Integration & Mission Support
Coordinate facilitysupportactivities with logisticsoperations, mission planning, training events, and operational exercises.
Synchronize infrastructure capabilities supporting SOCPAC, Service Components, coalition partners, and host nation organizations.
Support operational planning efforts, contingency operations, humanitarianassistancemissions, and crisis response activities.
Coordinate facility readiness supporting mission rehearsals, operational experimentation, and training initiatives.
Ensure infrastructure capabilities effectively support operational tempo and mission requirements.
Workforce Leadership
Lead multidisciplinary facilities and infrastructure teams supporting multiple Task Delivery Orders and regional initiatives.
Supervise project planning, workforce management, staffing, and professional development activities.
Establish performanceobjectivesand accountability measures supporting successful project execution.
Mentor infrastructure professionals while fostering collaboration across engineering,logistics, and facilities organizations.
Coordinate activities with subcontractor partners supporting facility planning, construction, and sustainment.
Program Execution & Customer Engagement
Manage project cost, schedule, technical performance, and contract deliverables.
Coordinate execution activities with the Program Management Office, Regional Managers, Functional Group Leads, and Government stakeholders.
Prepare executive briefings, operational reports, infrastructure assessments, and project status updates.
Monitor customer satisfaction and implement corrective actions whenrequired.
Support continuous process improvement and innovation initiatives across facility services.
Qualifications:
Required:
Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Military Engineering, Operations Management, or related discipline.
Relevant military or Government infrastructure experience may be substituted for formal education requirements.
Minimum15years supporting facilities management, infrastructure development, engineering, construction management, expeditionary basing, or real property operations.
Minimum 6 years supporting Joint, Combatant Command, Service Component, Special Operations, or Theater-level organizations.
Minimum 4 years leading multidisciplinary infrastructure or facilities teams supporting Government programs.
Experience managing multiple concurrent infrastructure projects and geographically dispersed operations.
Experience supporting facility planning, site development, utilities systems, infrastructure modernization, or operations and maintenance programs.
Experience supporting operational planning, contingency operations, exercises, or expeditionary basing initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to brief andadvisesenior Government and military leadership.
Experience managing project cost, schedule, and performance.
