Full Job Description
Facilities Program Management Specialist
The Opportunity:

As a program management specialist, you know how essential structured data, clear communication, and disciplined tracking are to the success of complex installation programs. That's why we need you, an experienced program management professional who can apply analytical skill, organizational awareness, and proactive coordination to support the Marine Corps.

On our team, you'll help manage and support challenging facilities-focused projects from beginning to end while collaborating with senior leadership. Specifically, you'll maintain the local Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) on a weekly basis, track project milestones, and draft Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) that give Government leaders clear visibility into local installation operations, ongoing programs, and emerging issues. You'll collect and analyze project data, update dashboards, and help ensure execution stays aligned with installation priorities and Government requirements.

In this role, you'll closely impact Marine Corps installation management by coordinating project documentation, supporting schedule reviews, monitoring execution progress, and assisting with data-driven decision-making across Public Works, engineering offices, and operational stakeholders. With mentoring, exposure to complex projects, and opportunities to learn new tools and skills, we focus on growing as a team to make the best solutions for our customers.

Work with us as we help manage initiatives that improve Marine Corps installation operations and long-term infrastructure performance for the better.

You Have:
  • 10+ years of experience supporting program management, project coordination, installation operations, or infrastructure project tracking
  • Experience assisting with project planning, scheduling, milestone tracking, or documentation management
  • Experience maintaining project schedules, dashboards, or technical documentation for programs or facilities projects
  • Knowledge of program management practices, installation operations, or project lifecycle activities
  • Ability to coordinate with stakeholders to support documentation, scheduling, scoping, or project tracking requirements
  • Ability to use project management or tracking tools such as MS Project, Excel dashboards, or SharePoint-based documentation systems
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience supporting MCINCR, MCIPAC, NAVFAC, or other DoD installation management organizations
  • Experience maintaining or updating Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) or drafting Monthly Status Reports (MSRs)
  • Experience supporting project data analytics, dashboard development, or process improvement initiatives
  • Knowledge of facilities management practices, capital planning processes, or installation project oversight
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering, architecture, construction management, project management, or business field preferred; Master's degree in an engineering, architecture, construction management, project management, or business field a plus

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
