Facilities Planning Engineer to support a federal customer by developing facility requirements, infrastructure planning documents, project programming packages, and engineering solutions supporting capital improvement initiatives.
Location: Hurlburt Field, FL (On-Site)
Key Responsibilities:• Develop project programming packages and technical requirements
• Prepare project scopes, cost estimates, and planning documents
• Support DD Form 1391 development
• Conduct facility and infrastructure assessments
• Coordinate with customers and engineering staff to define requirements
• Prepare reports and project documentation
Required Skills:Experience:• Minimum 5 years of experience developing programs, solutions, and designs related to facilities, infrastructure, and utility systems
Education:• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture from an ABET or NAAB accredited institution
Clearance:• Eligible to obtain and maintain NACI/SF-85 suitability determination
Skills:• Project programming and planning
• Technical writing and documentation
• Cost estimating
• Engineering analysis
Desired Skills:• Air Force project programming experience
• MILCON planning experience
• Knowledge of facility investment planning
