Full Job Description
As a Facilities Manager, you will lead the successful execution of small-scale construction projects, typically valued under $50,000, on behalf of the client. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, customers, and external vendors through clear communication, meticulous project oversight, and precise attention to detail. You will ensure that all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, ultimately supporting the creation of principles-driven workspaces that embody the clients organizational values, demonstrate responsible resource stewardship, and provide safe, functional environments where teams can perform at their best.
How You Will Contribute
3 Coordinate construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met3 Act as the primary liaison between customers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure clear, timely communication3 Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local safety standards, codes, and regulations3 Support procurement and contracting activities, including RFP development, vendor selection support, and project setup3 Coordinate architects, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal partners to drive alignment and execution3 Track project risks related to scope, schedule, budget, and safety, and support mitigation planning3 Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting on schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders, and closeout3 Coordinate warranty activities and post-construction repairs to ensure timely resolution
What You Will Bring
3 2-5+ years' experience with managing projects in the facilities management space3 Preference given to candidates to are able to commute to the Arlington, Viginia office daily except when traveling to remote office locations3 Ability to travel up to 25% of time to construction sites throughout the United States3 Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite 3 Communication, organizational, and leadership skills3 High attention to detail and customer service mindset

3 Experience with AutoCAD or similar tools3 Experience with Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence, Jira Service Management)3 Experience with project management tools and software

Estimated compensation for this position:
93,060.00 - 114,015.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
