Full Job Description
What this job involves: This position directly supports the Assistant General Manager and General Manager with comprehensive facility responsibilities, focusing on operational excellence, client satisfaction, and effective vendor management. You'll play a key role in budget management, maintenance coordination, and ensuring seamless facility operations while maintaining high standards of customer service across client locations.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:
  • Assist with budgetary requests, analysis, reporting, and supporting facility-specific cost savings targets
  • Receive and dispatch work requests to technical staff, vendors, and service providers
  • Resolve building service issues including janitorial, parking, vending, elevators and conference rooms
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities while overseeing delivery of repair services
  • Interface with property occupants and provide support for guests, visitors, and employees
  • Develop monthly/quarterly variance reporting on operating budgets for each property
  • Source local services and goods through third-party suppliers, including contract writing and vendor setup
  • Manage existing contracts and coordinate with vendors on performance criteria and reviews
  • Collaborate with sourcing teams on national and regional supplier opportunities


Desired experience and technical skills:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in facilities management or property management
  • 2+ years of facilities or property management experience in corporate environment, third party service provider, or as a consultant
  • Proven record of client service with ability to establish credibility with clients, facilities teams, vendors, and contractors
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and management skills
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
  • After hours, on-call availability for emergencies


Preferred:
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate, building operations and systems, accounting, project management, and vendor management
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

Estimated compensation for this position:

110,000.00 - 125,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
