The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:

RTX has an opening for a Facilities Manager, FM Projects Regional Transformational Lead - Americas West (Manager, Facilities) position.

The Regional Transformation Lead is responsible for driving the successful implementation of standardized processes, playbooks, and solutions developed by the Facilities Management Center of Excellence (FM COE).

This role ensures consistent execution across the region by enabling effective change management, delivering communications and training, and building a culture of continuous improvement. The Regional Transformation Lead serves as the primary connection between regional and site level teams, and the COE, ensuring new processes are adopted, understood, and continuously refined through feedback.

What You Will Do:
  • Standardization & Implementation
  • Lead regional deployment of FM Projects COE standards, playbooks, workflows, and technology solutions.
  • Partner with project managers, facility leads, and service providers to embed new processes into daily operations.
  • Monitor adherence, effectiveness, and performance of implemented standards across the region.
  • Change Management & Communications
  • Develop and execute change management plans to support smooth adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Deliver clear and consistent communications to regional stakeholders around upcoming changes, expectations, timelines, and value.
  • Identify barriers to change and coordinate corrective actions with regional leaders and the COE.
  • Training & User Enablement
  • Conduct training sessions for new and existing users on FM Projects COE processes, systems, and playbooks.
  • Provide ongoing support and reinforcement to ensure process mastery and successful implementation.
  • Create simple, accessible materials that enhance user understanding and adoption.
  • Continuous Improvement & Feedback Culture
  • Maintain regular follow-up with users to confirm adoption and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Establish feedback loops that capture regional insights and communicate them back to the COE.
  • Support root-cause analysis and solution refinement for recurring gaps or inefficiencies.
  • Technical Facilities Management Support
  • Apply FM Projects knowledge to support implementation of standardized approaches for facility projects including:
  • Minor space renovations
  • Varying levels of Infrastructure upgrades, including highly complex and technical upgrades and installations
  • Roofing and building envelope work
  • Routine site improvement
  • Travel Between Sites


Qualifications You Must Have:

Minimum of 8+ years in Facilities Management and a bachelor's degree in Operations, Business or related discipline plus equivalent combination of related work and schooling in lieu of degree.
  • 8+ years' experience in Facilities Management, project delivery, or related technical fields.
  • 5+ years' experience implementing standardized processes or enterprise solutions.

Qualifications We Prefer:
  • Demonstrated capability in change management, communications, and train.
  • Experience managing or supporting facility projects is preferred.
  • Ability to Travel Between Sites.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
