About the Role:

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Manager to support a premier global financial institution known for its leadership in investment banking, asset management, and financial services. Based onsite Monday through Friday in Salt Lake City, this role will lead facilities operations across a four-building portfolio that supports approximately 4,000 employees, including a flagship downtown corporate office and an onsite childcare center.

This is an excellent opportunity for a facilities leader who thrives in a client-facing environment and enjoys balancing operational excellence, vendor management, financial oversight, and workplace experience initiatives.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead facilities operations across four Salt Lake City-area locations, including three downtown sites and one location in Draper.
  • Manage and develop facilities staff while fostering a high-performing, service-oriented team culture.
  • Partner with landlords, vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless building operations and employee satisfaction.
  • Oversee preventative maintenance, repairs, and facility projects, coordinating with technical experts and service providers as needed.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contract performance, service levels, and invoicing activities.
  • Prepare and oversee annual operating budgets, forecasts, capital plans, and variance reporting.
  • Conduct facility inspections and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support workplace services and operations for an onsite childcare center serving employees.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and facilities management experience will be considered.
  • Proven experience managing facilities operations within a corporate office, campus, or multi-site environment.
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and reporting experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing third-party vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Ability to effectively communicate building-related issues and project updates with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience leading teams, coaching employees, and driving operational performance.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally between Salt Lake City-area sites as needed.
