Facilities Management & Building Operations
Direct all facility maintenance, repair, and infrastructure activities to ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment.
Manage preventive maintenance programs for critical facility equipment including forklifts, compressors, HVAC systems, cranes, ventilation systems, and other utility assets.
Oversee building repairs and maintenance activities for facility interiors, exteriors, grounds, parking areas, and general infrastructure.
Ensure required inspections, testing, certifications, and record retention for critical facility systems, including fire suppression systems, emergency lighting, security systems, alarms, and environmental controls.
Lead facility improvement projects, upgrades, renovations, expansions, and modifications to support operational requirements.
Manage relationships, contracts, budgets, and performance of external service providers including janitorial, landscaping, snow removal, pest control, plumbing, waste management, and facility maintenance contractors.
Oversee procurement and inventory management for facility supplies, consumables, safety equipment, and occupant support products.
Maintain and support employee services and equipment including vending systems, safety stations, emergency equipment, machine shop resources, and other workplace amenities.
Ensure occupant comfort, convenience, and workplace functionality through effective management of building systems and services.
