What You Will Do:
  • Builds or updates installation building and construction master plans
  • Runs space utilization studies and footprint optimization
  • Evaluates facility condition and future requirements
  • Translates mission needs into capital construction and infrastructure investment plans
  • Supports recapitalization and long-range infrastructure strategy


What You Will Need:
  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Facilities Planning
  • TEN (10) or more years of real estate facilities, architecture, construction facilities management, or other relevant experience


What Would Be Nice To Have:
  • Knowledge of and experience with BUILDER, iNFADS, or similar facilities sustainment and asset management systems, including the ability to leverage these tools to support strategies planning, programming, life-cycle management, and capital investment decision-making.
