Facilities Management Lead The Opportunity: To grow effectively, organizations need help looking at their operation from the outside. Whether standing up a new organization, transforming an existing one, or transitioning an organization such as merger and split-up, our clients need a change management professional who will take the time to learn the complexities of their business and provide them with tangible advice on business process improvements, mission success, and standard methodologies. That's why we need you, a seasoned professional who knows how to analyze every aspect of your customer's operations and use your expertise to guide efforts at giving them the roadmap to becoming the organization they envision. As a leader on our team, you'll oversee the development of an overall picture of your client's current structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before. You'll lead discussions and workshops with stakeholders that will help your team identify the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement. Once you have a thorough understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you will advise your client on a path forward. This is a chance to broaden your experience in facilities management while making an impact with your expertise. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required. You Have: • 8+ years of experience providing facilities advisory services • Experience delivering facility management capabilities for the Department of the Interior • Experience managing a team, setting workloads, and driving performance • Experience managing a contract, serving as the client's point of contract, overseeing contract financials, and working with subcontractors • Ability to oversee a team conducting facility condition and financial analyses • Public Trust • Bachelor's degree in business or science field • PMP Certification Nice If You Have: • Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform • Master's degree • Training development and evaluation Certification Vetting: Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client; Public Trust determination is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
