Pay Range: $84,294.00- $131,844.00
SUMMARY
The preferred candidate would be able to cover and oversee Market 32 & Price Chopper stores in Syracuse, Pennsylvania, and the North Country of New York State.
Monitor preventative and emergency maintenance in the Warehouse Facilities/ Main Office Complex.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor, assist and control preventative maintenance to fit the need of the organization.
Ensure that the scope of work and services are developed to monitor cost and quality of work.
Ensure that emergency service is handled within four hours.
Evaluate emergency hazard to determine needs.
Follow through with permanent repair.
Oversee maintenance of various refrigeration systems in the Warehouse.
Assist in the coordination of facilities sanitation issues.
Conduct Safety meetings with facilities maintenance staff on a regular basis.
Supervise modifications to office complex and warehouse as requested.
Administer financial budgeting and capital expenditures for warehouse and office facilities.
Manage procedures to insure the office complex janitorial services are completed on a daily basis.
Evaluate the level of service provided, cost and quality.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a Valid Driver's License.
Must be 21 years of age.
Must submit to DL Monitoring.
Satisfactory performance reviews.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through to achieve desired results and objectives.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
10+ years of related experience.
